Elliot Wireless

The internet is finally up and running for us, so I can post pictures. They're not super-recent, but they're recent enough. Now that the baby is healthy (well, mostly) again, I am a much happier person. Joe has been sick for over a week now with the flu, and he's been sleeping on the air mattress in the living room so he won't get me and Elliot sick. He got sick just when Elliot was finally off of oxygen, so I really didn't want to deal with any more illness in our home. We've returned to Church, and I must say I've never seen Dottie so excited to go to Church. She stayed home with me on Sundays because I think she got the RSV from nursery and brought it home. It's good to start socializing again. We went to the zoo yesterday with Em, and that was another special treat for Dottie.

By the way, our days with Emily are limited. She's moving north of Denver at the beginning of April. Although it's not that far, we're used to seeing her a few times a week, so it's very sad. I don't know what Dottie's going to do. Craig had to find a new job because things didn't work out at the practice he was working at here. There was nothing in CO Springs, so they took the job north of Denver. This means they have to sell their house, which is not going to be easy in the real estate climate we have here.

Anyway, that's our sad news. Here's the pictures, mostly from when Joe's parents came and visited the first weekend in March. They visited little Elliot for the first time, and that was when we took him off of oxygen. Joe and I got to go see "Carmen" with them at the Pikes Peak Center, which was a special treat since we really hadn't been on a date since the baby's been born.

This was Elliot at the end of January before we knew he was sick. He's in his gangsta jogging suit.

Joe's parents and Dottie, our little ragamuffin, early in the morning.

Our sweet baby in his swing. He's wearing what Dottie calls his clown outfit.

Dottie in motion, which is how she is most of the time.

Our little smiler.

Hi! Cute pictures. I'm so sorry to hear about the RSV. It is so hard to see your kids sick. I'm so glad that everyone is well again.

Oh yeah! I am so happy the Char Bar Blog is up and running. Please post more, if you do, I will :)

So Elliot is adorable! Awww such a sweet baby. Please give him and Dottie lots of loves for me.

You NEED to talk to Jessica. This romance is developing and really shaping up to be serious. AHHHHH. It is happening all so quick and I don't think I am ready. I am such a selfish brat. I just don't want him to take her away from me. h aha just kidding.

kind of.

love you :)

I miss the little smiler and can't wait to see him again!. . .and Dottie. . . And you and Joey.
BTW, we saw the Wiggles "Hoop-Dee-Doo" DVD on sale at Big Lots for $. Just say the word I'll buy it for you! If you guys don't want it, maybe we'll buy it anyway so our children can someday experience the enchantment of "Captain's Magic Buttons."

Wow - Elliot is smiling already! He's growing up fast and is SO cute! I love the picture of Dottie "in motion." Makes me laugh because my kids are the same. Sad to hear that Em is moving. I know you all will miss having her so close. I wish them the best in moving and selling their home.
