First, we had a visit from Grandma and Grandpa Hansen this weekend. It was a good time! We went shopping, swimming, and ate good food together. This will probably be the last time we see them while we live in this house. We will miss being so close! Grandma and Grandpa have lived a mere 3.5 hours away for the past 3 years. Now, who knows how far away we will be?

The second song is Dottie singing the First Article of Faith. We've started teaching Dottie the Articles of Faith as part of our daily family scripture study. They outline the basic beliefs of our church. I was inspired by Sister Julie Beck, the president of our church's women's organization. She came and spoke to the women here in Colorado Springs, and she said she had her children memorize the articles of faith and scriptures as part of their family scripture study. Dottie really enjoys learning these songs, and we are able to teach her what we believe at the same time.

Dottie is the cutest thing in the entire world. That is not just my bias as an aunt talking. She makes me laugh so much!
